Our purpose and intent is to provide fully integrated software solutions meeting the needs of the business in a timely and efficient manner. Mind State Software Developing has been developing applications for over 20 years. This experience has taught us how to tailor the application process to get businesses moving.We discovered our niche, which enabled us to efficiently help most medium to small departments with low budgets or extreme time constraints within large companies at a much more efficient response time than typical company internal IT groups. We are excellent in identifying implementation schedules, timing and detailed project activities as well as resources for proposed solutions.In most cases, 80% of the delays in business processes are caused by only a few key process areas. Many times these key area bottlenecks can be resolved by quick fix solutions of either custom software enhancement to current applications or a caned application that already exists to meet the department needs. These solutions need to be layered so they can be exchanged in future software enhancements.Having spent many years as internal IT professionals, nothing frustrated us more than software vendors asking, "What kind of budget do you have?", before they assessed the computing and business processes. We have seen so many customers get talked into massive and expensive solutions that they were not ready for and were impacted for months and years until the software vendor or internal IT group planned for the final release. These software groups typically ask for budget sizes before they even evaluate the business problem. They also bring their preferred, pet application builder in which they are convinced is the fix-all solution.In most cases, the bottlenecks can be resolved with quick hit development strategies.We like to understand the direction of the company, first.
