ORGANISATION OF AFRICAN YOUTH FOR DEVELOPMENT AND PEACE is a youth led organisation advocating for poverty eradication, sustainable development and peaceful society in Africa. Our organisation is not for profit making and non-governmental. Our Vision OAYDP's vision is to create suitable environment for African people to live. We hope to create viable and sustainable livelihoods for young people in our communities via entrepreneurship and leadership training, education, employment and been self-independent. Working with and through a global network of partner institutions, we hope to take development to the grassroots of our communities. By advocating for change and development we hope poverty will be eradicated. Our Mission To reduce poverty and contribute to a more secure, equitable and prosperous society. To bring our continent from a developing to a developed one. To serve as the voice of African Youths by advocating for peace and societal development. To ensure that development touches every corner of African society. To work side by side with other organizations in order to achieve the UN's Millennium Development Goals.
