We are a Home Health Care Agency that goes into the privacy for your own home while providing skilled nursing. We offer RN's, LPN's, Physical, Occupational, Speech therapist, Medical Social Workers, Certified Home Health Aides, Visiting Drs., Infusion program and M-STAR (Michigan Society to Advance Rehabilitation) Amputee Care Program. We service Branch, Calhoun, Lenawee, Jackson, Monroe, Livingston, Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. Our Community Outreach program consist of *Health Screens, Blood Pressure and Sugar Checks, Fall Risk and Balance Assessments, Muscle Strength Assessments, and Healthy Living Presentations.
