It all began in 1990, when a group of friends from the Israel Defense Force technology unit, who dreamt big, decided to take action. Three years later, they founded Memco Software Ltd. and took it from a start-up to a publicly-traded company on the Nasdaq stock exchange which was later acquired for $550M.
