The Preserve addresses Lee County's growing need for skilled nursing, transitional care and assisted living in Southwest Florida. The Preserve features 75 private skilled nursing rooms and 38 assisted living apartments within a three-story, 118,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building. Resident units are divided into four "neighborhoods," each offering its own social, dining, and staff support areas.
