B&L has been a family owned and operated business since it's incorporation in 1999. We are certified as a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MBE & MWBE) and a Local Developing Business (LDB). Our goal is to meet your expectations in both the work that we do and the customer service we provide. We do it all! We offer a complete line of exterior facility and property maintenance. Our services range from commercial high / low pressure washing, asphalt seal coating, pavement marking / striping, seamless infrared asphalt repairs, exterior painting and more. Our fleets of vehicles cover the entire state of Florida, from Key West to the Panhandle. They are equipped with GPS satellite systems enabling the most efficient routing and scheduling of projects. We have crews available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week so that we can best accommodate your needs. All employees have Nextel radios enabling them to be in constant contact with all levels of the company whenever necessary. They have been trained on the most effective techniques and safe equipment handling. B&L's management team has a combined total of over 50 years experience in the commercial maintenance industry.
