Our plant in Philadelphia produces resin and epoxy bonded abrasives. The principal products are nut inserted disc wheels, cylinder wheels and segmented wheels. All are manufactured in our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility utilizing SPC process controls to meet the highest quality standards.Our Syntech operating division in Charlotte, NC produces bonded superabrasive products. Syntech manufactures resin, metal and vitrified bonded diamond and CBN grinding wheels.Service has always and continues to be a high priority. Our field personnel have many, many years of experience and consult with our customers to help them optimize their grinding operations. Our in-house technical staff provides telephone consultation and custom designs our formulations to meet specific customer needs. Though all products are made-to-order, our lead times are exceptionally short.
