Our design work encompasses residential gardens, resort and hospitality landscapes, civic and recreational spaces, large scale master plans, streetscapes and new communities. Our policy work includes comprehensive plans, land use and zoning strategies and codes, attainable housing programs, design guidelines, sustainability and performance standards, and community engagement programs. Our team roles range from project leaders for complex multidisciplinary projects to valuable team collaborators.Founded in 2001, Bluegreen's staff of six provides personalized service and an accessible, responsive team for public and private clients.
