At Paperwork Magic we're all about in-house and outsource solutions, providing practice management and administration support to accountants,financial planners and financial service businesses. We work with you to troubleshoot the bottlenecks in your business and offer in-house or remote access people to give you a hand - whether that's often or occasionally. The idea for the company came about as the amount of paperwork in financial services practices increased. As professionals spending long hours on admin work, it seemed there had to be a better way. We knew we needed help so we could spend more time in front of clients. Paperwork Magic was conceived to tackle all the jobs that weren't our core business- such as outbound phone calls, data entry, campaigns, website maintenance, bookkeeping, website and electronic communications for marketing, etc. At the same time, having people with the right background who understand financial services as an industry is essential. To address this, we make sure our employees have backgrounds in accounting, financial planning or administration. The advantage of using us is we are the employer of your extra hands, the expenses and risk associated with hiring are ours. We pay the insurances, super, wages and we have the expenses associated with hiring and firing. We understand privacy and we are building trusting relationships with our expanding client base.
