What changes you ask? Oh, those fun hormone changes, emotions up-down and sideways, finding that new wrinkle on our face, and realizing there are too many toxins in our environment. I made a very large pivot.....For 15+ years I suffered with extreme migraines. They were so debilitating that I would be down and out for 3-5 or even 7 days EVERY 3-6 weeks. So severe that my husband would take me to the emergency room so they could sedate me (put me in a coma). Doctor after doctor would give me a series of prescriptions along with a barbiturate to sedate me. It played with my health and my emotions. I was extremely ill and on a huge downhill slippery slope.Then the earth shook and I had a huge God moment and knew it was time to find another way. The choice was either stand up or go six feet under; yes, that is the condition I was in. When I tell others of what I did, the eyes roll and heads shake because how could it have been so simple of an answer? I gave all the meds back to the pharmacy with the decision I never was going to use them again.My body was detoxed and as many toxins as possible were removed from our home environment. Food, cleaning products, and personal care products labels were scoured for ingredients and almost everything was tossed. This is where I get the head shake because most people have no idea what these harsh chemicals are doing to you. It was an awakening to realize how toxins played such a large role in why I was so incredibly ill. The results were magic for me and I now have a drive and passion to help others become aware and learn what they are doing to themselves and their family.
