The Vision: Our logo best describes our vision of collaboration between staff, students and parents. The squares represent the "Collective" work of each team member as an essential building block to each student's success. The larger heart represents the parental involvement and the smaller heart represents our students. The collaborative effort of each team member makes the difference in the lives of our students and staff.At The Collective Learning Academy, we remove obstacles to learning. Once barriers are removed, we teach both academic and functional skills in their smallest components through researched-based teaching strategies thus helping students find success at each step, encouraging them to persevere. Collective Learning Academy's low teacher/student ratios ( 1:1, 1:2, 1:3) allows for individualized and highly customized instruction. The program for each student is carefully planned and implemented based on thorough educational assessments, parent feedback and teacher input. As each student progresses, adjustments are made to instruction to move the student to the next level. Students are grouped by levels, grades and ages but can encounter a variety of groups in a given day.
