Welcome! The Yoga Seed is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health consciousness and empowering the community through the practice of yoga. Our aim is not simply to help you create peace of mind and a healthier body. The Seed is dedicated to creating a safe, diverse, and supportive environment inside and outside our studio walls. Through your memberships, donations, sponsorships, and volunteering, we are able to make yoga accessible for all, and enrich the underserved populations through our outreach programs.
