Kuai Asian Kitchen - a Dallas based Asian inspired restaurant concept. Good. Fast. Affordable. That is the Kuai Trifecta and sums up our food philosophy. Good: We serve some of the most interesting and popular Asian dishes influenced primarily by flavors from the Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, and Indian cuisines. Our food is highly customizable, so we are usually able to satisfy any dietary needs or nutritional goals that our customers desire. We prepare these dishes in a healthy way that maintains the dishes'robust flavors without sacrificing the health of our customers. At Kuai we do not own fryers or microwaves… everything is steamed, baked, or boiled… and delicious! Fast: Kuai literally means "Fast" or "Quick" in Mandarin Chinese. In fact, all of our prices include tax and are in quarter increments to further save time. But at Kuai, being fast does not preclude us from offering our customers exceptional customer service! We know that we are blessed to have such loyal customers and try our very best every day, for every customer. We are experts at serving you with speed and courtesy so thatyou can get back to the business of enjoying your lunch hour. Affordable: We believe that everyone should be able to afford to eat a healthy diet in a timely manner. In a world where we are always on the run, you shouldn't have to sacrifice your health. Therefore, we include sales tax in all of our prices so that our customer can actually see the price they are paying. While affordability is relevant, the value we provide with the quality of our food and service can be enjoyed by most people.
