Launched in 2009 initially to provide Appraisal Management Companies with high quality software to streamline their workflow and help ensure compliance with the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC). As a result of marketplace demand and due to the scalability and customization of the product, we quickly realized we were able to provide many solutions for lenders as well. Appraisal Scope continues to develop our platform to not only enable us to stay ahead of the competition, but allow us to deliver a fully customizable platform that can continue to accommodate and grow with all of our clients’ needs.
