We foreclose on loans with unpaid principal balances of all amounts, from under $100,000 to over $900 million. Through our involvement with the United Trustees Association and Special Assets Management Association and relationship with knowledgeable attorneys, Assured remains aware of and focused on the intricacies of, and changes in the law affecting, complex commercial foreclosures.
