Milhous Children's Services has made a gradual transition from this single family home for developmentally disabled to a multi-dimensional facility with an emphasis on services to severely emotionally disturbed children. Currently, Richard Milhous along with a core of family and long-time organization members, oversee the seven facilities and three programs which comprise Milhous Children's Services. The staff has vastly expanded over the years, now having 250 members, including psychiatrists, therapists, teachers and child care workers to provide the intense services required by the youngsters in our care. A blend of family values and expert care has been developed to meet the needs of these special children.
