Over the years, these standalone companies merged into two primary operating companies: Buchart Horn and Print-O-Stat, Inc.In 2015, based on strategic priorities and under the guidance of the late Russell E. Horn Jr., PACE Resources evolved into a financial holding company and integrated the administrative support provided to the operating companies within each company to better serve their needs.
