CORE is an athletic performance enhancement facility. Our goal is to increase the power and speed of our clients. CORE training creates strength and stability from the core outward. Athletes will learn how to be more powerful through the use of a dynamic warm-up, plyometrics, agility, and functional strength training.CORE MISSION is to develop and enhance the athletic performance of our clients. We provide an environment that promotes increased performance and injury prevention, through building healthy workout habits and inspiring discipline and drive.
