We use many family recipes including our signature breads. We make our pastas from scratch for the lasagna and soups. The breads are all baked fresh and made in our approved kitchen. We slice our own meats for the deli sandwiches. Our Prime Rib is slow cooked and finished over a hot charcoal grill.
