Our fresh farm ducks are barn reared near Ballydehob, West Cork, overlooking roaring water bay. Their fuller flavour and succulent taste comes from being hand reared longer and being fed a 100% natural cereal-based diet. Our geese have plenty of space to roam and take in the fresh Atlantic air from the West Cork coastline.Our mission is to produce only the very finest, 100% Irish, 100% Natural, all our ducks are hand reared. This takes longer but you get a much better product for it,better flavour and texture with higher meat content.We always strive to live and work in harmony with our environment which supports us all. We are committed to providing your family with only the very best, most succulent & delicious, natural Irish duck available".
