The Union Yoga & Strength offers hot yoga classes, power yoga classes and CrossFit classes (at Bust a Move CrossFit). Our Hot Yoga is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises (the "26 & 2"). It is a beginners series taught in either a 90-mintue or 60-minute class. Each pose is a challenge based on one's personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room in order to relieve one's body resistance without risking injury.CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to help you gain broad and general fitness.Everyone's body and fitness goals are different. At Bust A Move CrossFit, our coaches give each member the personal attention they need with proper form and technique, while moving the class as a whole through the workout of the day (WOD).Our workouts are different every day so that you can build skill at a variety of exercises. This translates into improved movement in your daily life, allowing you to get through your day with a sense of strength, ease, and confidence. We offer classes at convenient times throughout the day so that you can always fit an hour to take care of yourself, enjoy learning from our coaches, and be a part of our amazing CrossFit community.
