I'm Lisa, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who believes there is more to life than counting macros and spending hours in the gym. After years of working in the fitness industry, I finally had enough of diet culture disguised as "healthy" eating. This is when I decided it was time to take a more thoughtful approach and focus on fueling my body for enjoyable movement. My goal is to educate and inspire females to break away from the norm and create long-lasting relationships with food, movement, and their bodies.
