Team Care Rehab is a provider of physical, speech, and occupational therapy to children and seniors. Team Care first provided therapy services to San Antonio in 1993. As we grew, we saw the need for a Medicare certified rehab provider that could serve in outpatient settings in retirement communities. We put in the effort and became Medicare certified in 2001, meaning we could now bill the required insurance for the patient. Team Care quickly expanded with our first pediatric outpatient clinic in the Medical Center in 2003, and our second one on the Northeast side in 2011. We grew to a team of 30 therapists. Our pediatric outpatient facility is located at 9901 IH-10 W, with our senior clinics being located within nursing homes and assisted living facilities all over San Antonio.
