While ODB, Inc. is a new business, it is in fact just the new owner of a business that has been operating for decades. The store's roots venture back to 1980 and was the first to pioneer the gourmet coffee and tea experience in Indiana. The previous owner purchased the business in l988 and was the first to introduce espresso-cappuccino drinks in the area in 1991. The store expanded three times in Glenbrook Mall (largest enclosed super-regional mall in Indiana), but left the Mall in July, 2009, due to excessive rent, real estate taxes and competition from Starbucks. Today, the store is located in a larger, more pleasant environment in Southwest Fort Wayne, IN. Our Daily Brew is located in the Time Corners shopping plaza, which is in southwest Fort Wayne on Jefferson Boulevard. Southwest Fort Wayne includes two of the three top household income zip codes in the MSA and traffic counts are in excess of 32,000 VPD in front of the plaza. The leased premises containing 2400 S.F. is a concept store which features a large retail floor which offers a complete gourmet selection of coffee, tea and cocoa, fine china, mugs and other gift items.
