Envision Health Partners was established in February 2014 by healthcare professionals who wanted to do more for their patients than just treat injury and illness. With a specific mindset and incomparable design, the members joined together to create a healthcare union that does more than just meet the demands of today's healthcare settings. Each client receives additional testing and goal-setting beyond what is required by Federal & State regulations, or traditional Medicare A&B benefits and insurance standards. By combining insurance reimbursement with modest private pay pricing, Envision has the potential to exceed State & National outcomes through interdisciplinary care, risk mitigation via wellness screenings & on-sight resourcing for efficient response time.Our goal is to provide ongoing support and encouragement regardless of barriers placed by insurance companies and long-term care policies.
