Faces of Hope Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit (EIN #20-4883532). Our mission is to reduce victimization with a safety net of crisis services. We achieve this by meeting the acute medical, legal, social, and education needs of those affected by abuse and neglect in Ada County, Idaho. Specifically, we help victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and elder abuse. We are located in downtown Boise at the Faces of Hope Victim Center—a one-stop triage facility and home of thirteen community organizations. By housing specialists in one location, our collaborative efforts provide one safe, private, and supportive setting for victims in crisis. Together, we reduce the potential that victims will miss vital resources, while also reducing the number of times they must retell their story. Today, Faces of Hope Victim Center stands as the ultimate safety net for victims of abuse and neglect in Ada County. As part of this collaborative initiative, the Foundation fills a fundamental gap in community resources because we provide acute services that are essential to victims' well being, but that other organizations, victims' compensation, and insurance do not cover. For example, we provide legal aid, protection orders, safety planning, residential repairs, basic necessities, emergency housing assistance, transportation, and education. All of our services are voluntary and services are provided at no cost to victims.
