LK Learning Solutions was founded in November 2010. I am Liz Kearney the L K in Learning Solutions. I am a Professional Trainer and Business coach. I work with Leaders, Line Managers, Teams and Individuals. I provide tailored in-house programmes, open programmes and 1:2:1 coaching (Online and in person). Having worked in a Senior Management Role in Retail Banking for many years I experienced first-hand many of the challenges (and rewards) we encounter when working with other people. I also learned the crucial importance of building resilience and maintaining our wellbeing when working under high pressure and demand.I want to share my knowledge, my expertise and my wisdom with you and authenticate the success and happiness that can be realised by uncovering your best self and living a life aligned to your core values.
