Our main focus is now on selling businesses in the Greater Durban area.As per legislation the firm is registered with The Estate Agents Affairs Board and all our brokers carry vaild Fidelity Fund Certifictes as is required by The Estate Agents Act. Although our mandate to sell is from the Seller and he pays our commission, we believe that the buyer of today will be our Seller of tomorrow, so it is important to us that the buyer will be as happy as the Seller after final negotiations are complete.
