Food is something we all need and something we can all share. Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank (Food Bank), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, bridges communities and resources throughout southwestern Pennsylvania to help neighbors overcome food insecurity and lead happy, healthy lives.Through a network of 400 member partners -- hot meal programs, food pantries, shelters -- and by connected people to programs like SNAP, the Food Bank provides 33 million meals throughout 11 counties. Eliminating food insecurity and the worry that goes with it is something we can all do together. By supporting the Food Bank, donors and volunteers and everyone in the community can be part of a lasting solution for people who are struggling.
