One of the most talked about topics in our culture over the past several years has been the legalization of Marijuana. In the past 6 years, 12 states have passed laws to legalize its use recreationally and another 32 have approved it for medical use. Zxerex is not taking a position for or against legalization of either. However, Zxerex believes that if we are going to legalize its use, it needs to be with safe methods for dealing with people who are impaired in public, or on the job, while at the same time respecting citizens and employees and minimizing the occurrences of wrongful prosecution or termination of employment.
