LOTTE Members is a subsidiary belonged to LOTTE Group, with its main service is to issue and manage "L.POINT" - A LOTTE Group's loyalty membership program. Octorber 2016, LOTTE Members was first established in Vietnam. Until now, it has been responsible for being provider of L.POINT as an official membership program at 9 LOTTE's subsidiaries in local market: Lotteria, Lotte Cinema, Lotte Vietnam Ecommerce (Lotte.vn), Angel-in-Us Coffee, Lotte Department Store, Lotte Finance, Lotte Hotels & Resorts, Lotte Observation Deck and Lotte Mart. As a "point-based" loyalty program, L.POINT allows its members to accumulate and spend their loyalty points (Lpoints) as cash for every purchase at LOTTE merchants. Besides, customers can also get discounts at LOTTE for being L.POINT members. L.POINT product is under 2 platforms: Physical Card and L.POINT App. Until Octorber 2019, L.POINT recorded a total of 2,000,000+ members in Vietnam.
