Tender Care Hospice is a full service Hospice Care agency offering physician, nursing, home health aide, social work, chaplain, volunteer, therapy and bereavement services to people living along Utah's Wasatch front. We help patients and their families cope with end-of-life concerns such as physical limitations, medical decisions and other related issues, and offer both spiritual and emotional support during these times.
