The Beach Body Design team offers you talented trainers, each with their own areas of expertise. These highly trained instructors develop health and fitness programs that include Pilates, strength and weight training, core conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and stability, using techniques that are chosen specifically for each client.
