Canada as a senior audiologist and regional manager. Lorraine Baker-Laufman,Clinic Manager & Owner Lorraine has extensive experience in customer service, office management, specializing in third party funding (ADP, WSIB, DVA, ODSP etc.) Lorraine also worked at ListenUp! Canada as a regional trainer for 4 years and 2 years with Olsen hearing Aid Services. Our promise is to provide our patients with a comfortable, supportive, easy-access environment.
