No part of the manufacturing process is outsourced, including the steel work. Production, from milling to completion, takes place within a 20-mile radius and has been designed to minimize and reuse as many resources as possible. Generally the time from salvage to final product is 2 to 3 years, most of that time spent patiently drying in our green room.
