The vision of Aspects Wellbeing is to encourage open communication around mental health, to develop our own self awareness and better manage both day to day and more significant life events, improving and sustaining better mental health.Combining my therapeutic skills, knowledge and experience, sessions are structured to help employees better understand themselves and their wellbeing and how this can improve their mental health.
