Albrighton Care provide care and support to Children and Young People of mixed gender between the ages of 8-18 years old with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.Albrighton Care's sister company Inception Care and Support provide supported accommodation for adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD and Complex needs post 18. Albrighton Care is based in Staffordshire and opened their first home in 2013 and now has 5 homes with a sixth due to be registered in early 2021. All provisions are regulated and registered with Ofsted.We aim to provide Children and Young People with sustained and person centred care approaches that meets individual and specific needs in all areas of their lives including care, health and education. Individualised plans inform and provide the foundations of the care and support provided by the teams within the homes with a focus on embedding the ‘Secure Base' model of care into daily routines and practices. We will support Children and Young People to overcome difficulties, grow and learn to value themselves, fulfil inherent potential and sustain positive relationships.Our main objective is to work towards ensuring the comprehensive welfare of individuals; working closely with other professionals to maximise each individual's health, independence, well-being and inclusion within the local community.
