Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign is a registered charity set up in 1978, whose work works in solidarity with various Nicaraguan organisations and social movements fighting for social and economic justice. Trade union linking is carried out through our sister organisation, the Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign Action Group (NSCAG).NSC is made up of over 400 individual members throughout the UK. In addition Wales NSC and 13 other local organisations with twinning links and projects in Nicaragua are affiliated to NSC.Our funding comes from affiliations, donations, sales, raffles, appeals, sponsored events, film shows and other activities.NSC has three part time staff in London. Our Annual General Meeting elects a Board of Trustees made up of a chair, treasurer and up to 13 other members. NSC is a limited company registered in England and Wales.
