Our journey exploring for natural food and inspiring healthy eating.In the 80'ies Salvatore Gallo and Mirvana decided to refuse mass-market food and began searching for natural, healthy options. Initially inspired by german philosophers and willing to find and offer new options for their family and friends, it soon became a real passion for plant-based food, unusual ingredients and products.
