The Napoli Blockchain Association was born from the idea of some volunteers from the blockchain working group of the Municipality of Naples with the aim to:- correctly inform on new scenes of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies through correct information on their use by encouraging responsible and informed utilization;- organize orientation and promotional activities such as workshops, conferences, training and social events;- encourage study, research and development activities useful for implementing and developing technical solutions;- spread the knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrencies in order to create a sense of awareness on the usefulness of these technologies in everyday life, enhancing the positive aspects and helping people understand the limits in order to avoid abuse;- promote blockchain technology as a vehicle for social inclusion, the strengthening of civic participation and the implementation of transparent systems of electronic voting and governance;- promote membership activities with other organisms and associations with similar purposes;- support the Municipality of Naples in the development, diffusion and implementation of the use of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
