The Soldiering On Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of those who have served their country, and the diverse people and groups who work together in support of the Armed Forces Community.We aim to encourage support for this remarkable community by recognising the achievements of the people, teams and businesses that support it. The Awards highlight the valuable contribution that both currently serving and former members of the Military bring to society as a whole, along with their families and the people, charities and organisations that support the community.The Awards shine a light on the endeavours and achievements of people forging new lives and businesses after leaving the Armed Forces, and recognise the valuable contribution their skills and talents bring to society as a whole. Accordingly, in 2018 - for the first time, we've included three new awards; we are proud to be working in partnership with X-Forces to specifically honour these exceptional accomplishments in the business world.
