TreVi Solutions is a multidisciplinary event management agency operating all over Europe and beyond. We incorporate 30 years of successful project management in event organisation and communication programmes. The core team consists of the 3 V's: Bruno V, Alessia V and Vanessa V. We have a "simple" ambition: share our 360° experience in events and communication in function of your needs. We are open to look into any project, small or big, for which our expertise can be a value-adding and result-enhancing asset. Our main focus is on handling meetings and events for multinational organisations with international audiences – but we are equally happy to make our skills and tools available for projects with a local scope. Our key strengths make us the ideal nerve centre through which you can more easily and effectively control your projects. At TreVi Solutions, communication with the client's attendees and the client's event managers/ coordinators takes centre stage. We set up and maintain highly personalised communication with every participant, aiming for everyone to feel treated like an individual. Our project management tools are focused on user output – developed in programmes everyone can use (and openly shared with the client), yet set up with a high degree of sophistication and automation. Our experience allows us to anticipate what the various involved stakeholders need to get out of the data. Hence our tools provide simultaneously more detailed and better synthesised information. TreVi's team leader started out with 20 years experience on the industry side, running the European Communication & Events departments at global companies in the medical business, the motorboating business and the professional turf maintenance business – and taking responsibility for the creation and production of multilingual communication tools/programmes and the organisation of international events/congresses.
