Rodrigo Lopez emigrated from Mexico to the United States in 1962 and ventured into the restaurant industry with hopes to improve his family's way of life. With no experience in opening a business, he opened Lopez Mexican Restaurant believing that a lot of faith and determination would make his dream a success.Since opening in 1978, Rodrigo Lopez, his wife Bertha, sons Jonathan, Jose and daughter Ana have kept their promise that every day, and for generations to come, the restaurant will focus on service, value and cleanliness to ensure that guests always leave satisfied.
