Create Jobs is an employability programme for young Londoners. We're transforming London's workforce by supporting and developing the next generation of creative talent.Although London's creative sector is booming, we have reached a critical tipping point where access to opportunity is impenetrable to those that don't have experience, skill-sets and connections. Since 2011, we have been responding to aspiring creatives and employer needs by co-designing training programmes, brokering job opportunities and developing networks.
