Located in Northern Ireland Woodlab Distillery produces a range of spirits using locally sourced ingredients and uses cutting edge scientific process to get the very best flavours out of them. Probably the most sustainably produced spirits in the world using only 2% of a traditional distillation.For example, we are the first company to use a microwave still to produce gin, each botanical is distilled in a bespoke process that extracts the flavour incredibly quickly and cost effectively and can operate under vacuum to preserve flavours that would be lost during a traditional distillation. Science turns to art as the various flavours are carefully balanced to make a series of unique compositions. Symphonia is a range of handcrafted spirits, where each symphony will charm and fascinate, inspire and exhilarate.
