For thirty years Gleason and Tankard has been building and remodeling high-end custom homes, tenant improvements and commercial spaces in the Bay Area.  We organize projects from a team approach including client, architect, engineers, subcontractors and craftspeople.  We take pride in our experience with challenging projects of various architectural styles from traditional to modern. We love to build.  Our founders and employees come together with a common desire to build beautiful, comfortable and innovative homes that our clients will enjoy for years to come.  We believe good construction relies on well thought-out practices from the early stages of site preparation to the final touches.  With an awareness of time-honored, current and emerging technologies, we hope our buildings will be considered classics of comfortable living.
