In 2012 joined forces with my wife, Emma Pilarte, to form THE CASPI TEAM and move to one of the largest and most respected agencies in Florida: Keller William Realty Partners, SW. Emma Pilarte has been working in Real Estate since 2005, protecting and promoting client's interests, helping hundreds of families and investors with their Real Estate transactions.At The Caspi Team Realty we work representing buyers or sellers, assisting the home buyer in forming and writing offers, and following up after acceptance with the final agreement to ensure it's legally binding and correct. We need to stay on top of the entire process to make sure any issues that surface during the home inspection or other processes are quickly remedied. We may also need to renegotiate the contract. For example, any repairs that the house inspection determines are needed may be factored into a new contract or agreement. As listing agents we have to walk sellers through the tough decisions of negotiating the best deal for their home.Some achievements we have collected through the years are Remax Executive club in 2009 and 2010.
