It was established in 2010, and operates from a modern facility in Perth Western Australia.All processing uses BUSS Co-Kneaders, fitted with GNEUSS Automatic Screen Changers. This guarantees high quality and consistent output.We currently supply Cable Manufacturers in the USA, Australia and Asia. Most of our compounds are Low Smoke Zero Halogen, and all are GREEN STAR compliant. Our Cross Linked materials are based on the SIOPLAS system, whereby an added catalyst initiates the online moisture curing process. Our dedicated production team has extensive experience within the Plastics industry, and more specifically, in the formulation of cross linkable materials for Heatshrink and Cable applications.. As a specialist producer, Osscomp provides outstanding technical support that goes far beyond just supplying compound. Osscomp has a fully equipped R&D lab, including a Buss co-kneader, Brabender hot mixer and a small cable line, so we can test actual extruded compound from a wire. We can develop tailored solutions to meet your specific requirements, and work closely with your process team to optimize extrusion efficiency.
