Alimax, founded by entrepreneur Ivan Sabbe in 1999, serves to facilitate various investments in Real Estate development, Private Equity, Renewable Energy and industrial activities in general. Alimax aims to further diversify this portfolio, addressing the changes in retailer markets, as well as re-develop brownfields for a wide range of end purposes (industrial, residential, …).
