Luke Hiller Incorporated is a private company owned by Luke Hiller. At the age of 21 years old, Luke Hiller began his craft as furniture refinishers for Wood Right Shop in Long Beach, restoring historical antiques. Years into the industry, Luke Hiller decided to take his craftsmanship to another level and bring it into the construction industry. In 1984, Luke Hiller Incorporated was established as a full service staircase and flooring company as a C-15 licensed contractor. These services include mold matching, stair treads building, railings, balusters, customer new posts and mantels. The company also offers restoration of vintage hardwood floors, from matching both species and the wood’s natural patina for all vintage home needs.Today, the company has been around for over 30 years and Luke Hiller has gained a vast knowledge in the industry. As a flooring contractor, Luke has completed and processed over 5,000 total projects in Southern California. Projects which include restoring homes in Carroll Park and historic district of Bluff Park. In addition refinishing and restoration, Luke Hiller is also a licensed flooring inspector for the NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) and a licensed C-21 contractor, specializing in surface preparation in the hardwood floor industry. As a commercial contractor, Luke Hiller has worked in properties including: retail stores, malls, offices, corporate headquarters, multi-tenant facilities, restaurants, sports clubs, as well as manufacturing facilities. Furthermore, as a NWFA certified flooring inspector, Luke Hiller was trained in the science of job site compliant after completion of each project. To ensure that each stage of the process runs smoothly, Luke also consults on-site staff on environmental and mechanical challenges prior to start of each project. Luke Hiller has logged over 100 inspection reports and served as an expert witness for the purpose of conflict resolution.
